You may hand-write or type your responses on the application form. If you need additional space, please use a separate sheet of paper. Please make sure your responses are grammatically correct and legible.

Be sure to write your last at the bottom of each page of the application. Do not staple any portion of your application or additional sheets.

Due to the large number of applicants, we will not be able to consider applications that are postmarked after May 1, 2012. There will be no exceptions made. If you wish to contact us about the application process, you may do so by sending an e-mail to scholarships@stepafrika.org.

Every completed application we receive is thoroughly evaluated.  Applications will not be returned. Given the number of applications that we receive, and our commitment to giving each application our utmost consideration, we ask for your patience. You will be notified of your award status on or around August 1, 2012.

In order to be considered complete, your application must include all supporting documents. All required materials must be submitted in one packet/mailing with the exception of the recommendation letter. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
